EMPOWER’s Campus Security module helps parking enforcement, public safety and the dean of students work together to help ensure a safe, smoothly-running campus environment.


With at-a-glance information for vehicle and parking management, campus incident management including the Uniform Crime Report (UCR), and campus judicial process management for infractions of an institution’s code of conduct, the Campus Security module delivers:

• Campus security data collection and reporting, leading to the UCR
• Campus judicial process data collection and processing for infractions that are not reportable under the Clery Act, such as plagiarism
• Parking management, vehicle registration and related fees/fines
• Visitor registration
• Campus facility descriptor and location database

Through the Campus Security module, security officials and public safety officers can access to information including housing assignments, academic schedules and photo ID files.
